We are a family-owned business at the forefront of climate control solutions that compliments your lifestyle.

Richard Harding and his wife Kim Harding first got into the home lifestyle business in 1994 with Harding dreamfires and Air Conditioning. Harding quickly became one of the largest new home construction contractors in Ottawa, with a strong service and home comfort division who helps their customers with any of their home comfort needs.

In 2004, Richard joined forces with Rob Carswell to start Dream Fires with a store located at 2755 Carp Road. Dream Fires now has two locations and has grown to be one of the largest fireplace contractors in the Ottawa region.

Dream Fires offers over 20 years of experience planning and installing fireplaces and stoves. Offering excellence in product choice and installation requires experience, technical knowledge and skill. Our very knowledgeable sales staff, with over 85 years of experience between them, is continuously going through regular training and certification upgrading to provide you with unparalleled customer service and expertise.

Dream Fires guarantees their workmanship on every installation for one year from date of installation.

We also support and work within the parameters of each fireplace manufacturer's warranty and will provide full service for years to come.
